-EDGE!
-Lookstein Center web conferencing platform we used for our first (sept, 09) meeting
-Ning review and more advanced features
-Google Refresher: with all of the constant updates, what have people discovered recently (more about Google Wave)
-Twitter: would like to be convinced of it's usefulness beyond our in person meetings!

I'm afraid I can't be too useful here. I'm pretty comfortable with web conferencing in general, so if I have advance notice on which programs, I'd play around with it at home and be willing to teach.
I don't understand RSS suff either.

We're using the Ning, but we never had any kind of formal session. Maybe a few minutes to make sure we all know all its features?
I'd like a quick review of Twitter.
Robyn
RSS stuff - i can't figure out how they work or how to integrate them.
while i hate to say it = because i completely don't like it - i need to learn second life/virtual jerusalem

With two or three days notice I can teach whichever platform you need.
I can always learn more about any platform.
I think Rachel's comment (see below) is an important one. Please consider a presentation on that not by a neophyte like us.

I would prefer not to teach any platform at this stage as I feel like I know a little about a lot of platforms, rather than a lot about any specific one.
EDJE (I guess I don't even know what the acronym stands for since I assumed it was a "J")
Eliezer
Wordpress, Ning, Animoto, setting up a url and hosting a site using godaddy and hostgator, twitter & tweetdeck, facebook.
...While it is not a platform, I saw that Ellen asked about video editing. I do that on the side professionally and happy to teach it if needed.
EDGE. I would love to learn some basic coding in order to create add-ons to EDGE or the like.
I would love to figure out the formula of going viral and creating an active social network. I would like to get an overview of all the most popular platforms and why they are better than others. I suppose I would also like to understand wikis better as that is one I don't use and didn't learn much about when it was taught in Israel. I would also like to talk about specific issues, challenges and triumphs with technology integration in schools. This would not be case studies from our schools but from an expert who knows the research.

I am not sure... I will try to come back after others have populated the list - - I feel like I don't know what I don't know! :)
How to choose which technology to use -- i.e. why a wiki over a shared google doc?

I'm also interested in what to use when ( see Rachel's entry above)

Google stuff, Wikis, Twitter, picassa, could spend time learning others if had some prep time.

Always looking for new ways to use (or the deeper levels of) what I'm already using.

I wish that there is something I could put in this box...
webinar platforms, RRS feeds as others have mentioned (I don't really understand what this is), UStream, I am sure there are lots more...I feel like the child who does not know enough to even ask the question
Ira
Pretty comfortable learning anything well enough to teach. Just got the hang of PhotoPeach, which may be better even than Animoto!
I am less interested in learning lots of new applications, as distinct from platforms like ning, google groups, etc which might be useful as a basis for leading my CoPs. Ning would be perfect if we could nail down the notification problem. I have joined the creators group and asked for help on this.
